  <p>Information: Paul Denzil Westfall, 62, of Sandyville, died Saturday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Roane County, son of the late Elick and Lena Channels Westfall, was a member of Sandyville United Methodist Church, was the Boy Scout representative for Troop 441, was a retired West Virginia State employe, and owned and operated Westfall Cabinet Shop.         Survivors include his wife, Mildred Phillips Westfall; one daughter, Violet Walters of Sandyville; two brothers, Donald of Moundsville, and Hugh of Wellsburg; one sister, Mrs. Carl Buckley of Reedsville, O., and three grandchildren.  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Sandyville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
