  <p>Information: STATTS MILL - Mary Lou Donohew Westfall, 58 of Statts Mill, WV, departed this life August 13, 2000, at CAMC General Division, following a brief illness.  She was born April 24, 1942, in Hometown, WV, a daughter of the late Russell E. and Laura Mildred (Hayes) Sayre.  She was a Certified Nursing Assistant, a former employee of Thomas & Wolfe, and McDonald&#39;s of Ripley.  She was a member of the Evans Church of God.  Survivors include her husband, Otis William Westfall; sons, Steve Donohew of Ripley, Calvin Donohew of Evans and Brett Donohew of Mineral Wells; stepdaughters, Mary Jane Rhodes and Linda Gail Rexroad, both of Ripley; brothers, Orville R. ""Sonny"" Sayre of Ripley and Fred R. Sayre of Pratt; sister, Bertha May Casto of Venice, FL; 10 grandchildren.  Service will be Thursday, August 17, 2000, at 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Benjamin Riggleman officiating.  Burial will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV.  Visitation will be today, Wednesday, August 16, 2000, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
