  <p>Information: WESTFALL SERVICE ON THURSDAY - Evans resident Gilbert Alvin Westfall, 64, was pronounced dead on arrival at Jackson General Hospital Tuesday morning following a long illness.  He was born April 14, 1911, at Gay, W. Va., the son of the late Kenna Westfall and the late Ida Pearl Slaughter Westfall.  He was a member of the Laborers Local 1085 of Parkersburg and was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army.  He was a member of the Evans United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his widow, Elizabeth Tolley Westfall; two sons, David Westfall of Williamstown and Richard Westfall of Evans; one brother, Gale Westfall of Kenna; one sister, Mrs. Floda Archer of Caldwell, Ohio.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Evans United Methodist Church with the Rev. Frank Prater officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery.  Friends may call at Casto Funeral Home in Evans after p.m. Wednesday.</p>
