  <p>Information: Mrs. Edith Ann ""Stalnaker"" Westfall, 89, of Belgrove, died June 30, 1990, in Roane General Hospital after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Aplin United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  sons, Arthur Westfall of Sissonville, Glenn Westfall of Wellington, Ohio; foster sons, Kester Cobb of Sandyville, Clinton Persinger of Kent, Ohio; daughters, Gertha Walker of Walton, Gertrude Hopkins of Spencer, Evelyn Skeen of Wellington, Eurada Skeen of Ripley, Veneda Hoover of Cairo; brothers, Robert Stalnaker of Statts Mills, Brooks Stalnaker of Dunbar; sisters, Jerusha Scarberry of Ripley, Edna Lahan of Barberton, Ohio, Elsie Higley of Barberton; 22 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.  Service was Monday at Aplin United Methodist Church, Statts Mills, with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating.  Burial was in the Aplin Cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
