  <p>Information: Mrs. Gladys E. West, age 81, of Ravenswood, died Tuesday night at Jackson General Hospital.  Services will be held tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. at Chambers Funeral Home, with the Rev. D. Keith Clarke officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Mrs. West had been a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star, a 50-year member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Parkersburg, past president of the Jackson County Homemakers, past president of the Ohio Valley Homemakers, past president of the Ravenswood Woman&#39;s Club, past worthy matron of R. Douglas Chapter No. 15 Order of Eastern Star and at the time of her death, a member of the Senior Citizens Club.  She was a retired school teacher, having taught in Huntington and Jackson County.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Methodist Churchwomen and a circle. Mrs. West was preceded in death by her husband, Doy Emmons West; son, Carl Emmons West and daughter, Georgia Fidelia West.  Survivors include a son, Raymond D. West, and daughters, Eleanor West and Mary Lou Shafer, all of Ravenswood, and five grandchildren.  Eastern Star services will be held at 7:30 this evening at the funeral home.</p>
