  <p>Information: Mrs. Clara West, 79, who lived with her son, 9204 South 29th St., Scotts, Mich., died at Vicksburg, Mich. following an extended illness.  She was born in Ravenswood, Jackson county, the daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. A. J. Vosburgh.  She was a former resident of Parkersburg, who moved to live with her son, Robert A. West, in Scotts, Mich. three years ago.  She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Parkersburg.         Her husband, Gilbert West, preceded her in death in 1933.  Survivors include her son; three granddaughters, Miss Dolores West, Parkersburg, Mrs. Alvin Collins, Vienna, and Mrs. Richard Noblett, Garden City, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Pitthan, Ravenswood; one brother, Harry Vosburgh, St. Louis, Mo.; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at Franklin funeral home with the Rev. Robert I. Baker officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood cemetery.  The body will be received by the Franklin funeral home Saturday, where friends may call after 7 p.m.</p>
