  <p>Information: John Wesley Weekley, 69, of New Marshfield, Ohio, died Friday at home of an apparent heart attack.  He was a member of the Flatwoods United Methodist Church, Cottageville Lodge No. 54 AF & AM and Scottish Rites.  He was a retired construction worker.  Surviving:  wife, Edith Cottrill Weekley; three sons, Jim of Roxboro, N. C., John Jr. of Mableton, Ga., and Ronald of Marietta, Ga.; one brother, George of Ravenswood; sister, Mrs. Bernice Gross of Parkersburg.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Lee, and two brothers, Oliver and Raymond. Funeral services were held Monday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville, with Masonic graveside rites.</p>
