  <p>Information: ROXBORO, N.C.- Edith Edna Weekley, 89, of Roxboro, N. C., formerly of Parkersburg, departed this life January 19, 2003, at her home, following an extended illness.  She was born October 30, 1913 in Staats Mills, WV, a daughter of the late John W. and Rosa Mae (Stephens) Cottrell.  She was a graduate of Mountain State Business College and a 48-year member and past matron of New Marshfield, OH Chapter #346, Order of Eastern Star.  She was a former member of the St. Andrews United Methodist Church, Parkersburg, and most recently attended the Montwood Baptist Church in Roxboro.  Surviving are sons, O. James Weekley of Roxboro, NC, Ronald E. Weekley of Cartersville, GA, and John W. Weekley, Jr. of Ellijay, GA; brother, Oliver F. ""Buck"" Cottrell of Canton, OH; sister, Amy Friend of Canton, OH; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Weekley; daughter, Janice Lee; brothers, Wilbur and Jennings; sisters, Roxie, Alpha, Mary and Marguerite.  Service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2003 at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood WV with Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
