Information: Cecil C. Wedge, son of Dorsel E. and Estella M. Wedge, was born at Cottageville, W. Va., November 17, 1924.  He departed this life July 3, 1946.  He was a graduate of the Point Pleasant high school with the class of '43 and was then employed by the Auto Lite Company of Toledo, Ohio, which was producing war materials.  He then came home to help operate his father's farm where he was residing at the time of his death.     Cecil was a young man of high character, loved by all who knew him and never refused to do any favor asked of him.  Those surviving are his parents and the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Brooks Batten of Ripley, Mrs. Albert Keefer of Leon, Mrs. Herman Bletner of Charleston.  One brother preceded him in death and another brother, Charles, is now serving in the South Pacific. Funeral services were conducted at the Creston Church July 6th with Rev. I. J. McCollum officiating assisted by Rev. J. F. Cunningham and Rev. David Sayre.  Interment was made in Creston cemetery.
