  <p>Information: Charles Wesley Wayne, 67, of Mount Alto, departed this life, April 29, 1999 at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Point Pleasant, following an extended illness. He was born Dec. 28, 1931 at Frametown, a son of the late James French and Roena Ethel (Rogers) Wayne.  He was a carpenter and a Protestant.  Surviving are his daughter, Leya Ann Thrall of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Bobbie Brooks Wayne of Ripley, Dennis Austin Wayne of Mount Alto, Robert Gale Wayne of Leon; sisters, Bernice Evelyn McGuire of Ripley, Leo Ellen Wedge of Leon, Doris Madeline Workman of Romney.  Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. William ""Bud"" Hatfield, the Rev. Verlin Hart, and the Rev. Phillip Scarberry officiating.  Burial will follow in the Creston Cemetery, Evans.</p>
