  <p>Information: Waybright, Lucille Parsons                    Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Waybright, 66, were held Sunday afternoon at 2 oclock from the home in Williamstown with the Rev. Paul McKain of Williamstown Methodist Church officiating, and the body was brought to the Pine Hill Cemetery in Ripley for burial.  She died at her Williamstown home on Wednesday.  Mrs. Waybright was born in Ripley on Sept. 10, 1882, a daughter of the late Judge William A. and Mrs. Parsons.  She lived at Ripley for many years, later moving to Huntington and then to Williamstown.  Her husband, James Otmer Waybright, died in 1918.  She is survived by a son, James O. Waybright of Williamstown; daughters, Mrs. Scott A. Ford of Beckley and Mrs. C. J. Burgess of Narrows, West Virginia; a sister, Mrs. J. W.
