  <p>Information: Jessie L. Waybright, 75, of South Charleston, died Friday at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  He was a 15-year resident of South Charleston and was a native of Ripley.  Surviving:  wife, Irene Dale Waybright; sons, David of Red Bird, Ky., Tom and Bill of Pennsylvania; daughter, Cynthia, address unavailable; brothers, Loss of Ripley, Mark of Florida, and Roland of St. Marys; sisters, Meryl Ringle and Mary Snodgrass of Charleston, Mamie Hall of California, Mishie Foe of Columbus, Ohio; seven grandchildren.  Service was held Monday at Good Shepherd Mortuary, South Charleston, with the Rev. G. Curtis Powell officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
