  <p>Information: Boyd Edgar Waybright, 76, of Ripley, died Saturday at Jackson General Hospital, after an extended illness.  He was born in Gay, a son of the late James Benjamin and Mae Carpenter Waybright.  He was a retired farmer and a member of the Briscoe United Methodist Church.  Survivors include his wife, Doris Hood Waybright; two sons, Mike Waybright of Ripley, and David Waybright of Gay; two daughters, Linda Withrow of Lewisburg and Karen Engle of Leroy; one brother, Herman E. Waybright of Boaz; one sister, Myrtle Shinn of Live Oaks, FL; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  Services were Monday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Harold Custer officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
