  <p>Information: Miss Mary Etta Waugh died at the Staats home near Evans, W. Va. at 8:40 o&#39;clock this morning of cancer.  The daughter of Andrew and Julia Waugh, born August 21, 1849, departed this life June 5, 1914, aged 64 years, 10 months and 14 days.  Her father and mother died and left her an orphan in her early girlhood, but she found a welcome home with her married sisters.  Miss Waugh was the last surviving member of the family of Andrew Waugh, and was a highly respected lady.  She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and was a devoted christian woman.  Dr. C. O. Staats, her nephew, had been in constant attendance since last Saturday.  The funeral services will he held at the house at 4 o&#39;clock p. m. Saturday, Rev. E. D. W.
