  <p>Information: Hattie A. Waugh, 91, of Columbus, Ohio, died Monday in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.  She was a teacher in West Virginia for several years, and was a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church in Columbus.  Surviving:  son, Rev. Raymond Waugh of Midland, Texas; three brothers, J. E. Harrison of West Virginia, Roy Harrison of Dunbar, Otho Harrison of Ripley; sister, Mrs. Nerva Stalnaker of Given; two grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, William O. Waugh, and daughter, Clara Elizabeth Parlette.  Services will be Thursday 2 p.m. at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd., Columbus, Ohio, with Rev. Charles Whitman officiating.  Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Columbus, O.  Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.</p>
