  <p>Information: Charles S. Waugh was born in Jackson county August 4, 1880, departed this life at Charleston, W. Va., December 22, 1914, and the remains were laid to rest in the Staats Cemetery below Kanawha Two Mile, aged 34 years, 4 months and 18 days.  He was married June 6, 1907 to Miss Lula Mullins.  He was converted in December 1911 and joined the Methodist church, since that time had lived a devoted christian life and in his dying hours said that he did not fear death.  He leaves a wife, mother, Mrs. Martha Waugh, two brothers, Camden and Willie Waugh, three sisters, Mrs. Maude Jarrett, Mrs. Emma Maddox of Charleston, and Mrs. E. D. Casto of Given, W. Va.  May we live that when the death angel calls us, we can join him in that home prepared for all.  [written by L. T. Bowles]  (McIntyre)</p>
