  <p>Information: WATKINS RITES HELD ON SATURDAY - Funeral services for George Watkins, 87, of Belleville, were held on Saturday with Rev. Marvin Eaton officiating and the burial was at the Mt. Olivet cemetery in Parkersburg.  Mr. Watkins died on Thursday at the Camden Clark hospital following a short illness.  A retired farmer and member of the Methodist Church, Watkins was the son of the late Francis M. and Mary C. Flinn Watkins.  He was born in Jackson county, Nov. 18, 1876.  Preceding him in death was his wife, Mary Virginia Watkins, in 1961.  Three sons survive, H. K. Watkins, Belleville, William H. Watkins, Ontario, Calif., and R. D. Watkins, Little Hocking, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Martha Nohe, Kent, Ohio; one half-brother, James R. Watkins, of Claysville, Pa.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.</p>
