  <p>Information: Sanford Wandling, 71, of St. Albans, a former Jackson County resident, died Sunday at the home of a son, Estel Wandling, at Eleanor.  He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Esther Harrison of Dunbar and Mrs. Bertha Smith of Nitro; three older sons in addition to Estel, Robert of Nitro, Shirley of Robertsburg, and Herbert of St. Albans; two step-daughters, Mrs. Sallie Blankenship of Charleston and Mrs. Minnie Evans of East Bank; two step-sons, Roy Rader of East Bank and Howard Rader of New Haven; and two brothers, Francis Wandling of Leon and Homer Wandling of Ripley.  Mr. Wandling was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church at Red House.  The funeral service was held at Red House on Tuesday and the body was brought to Emma Chapel for burial.</p>
