  <p>Information: Carl Fredrick Wandling, Jr. of Johnsontown, W.Va., died Nov. 12, 1984, in Winchester Memorial Hospital as the result of injuries received in an automobile accident.  He was born Aug. 10, 1964, in Martinsburg, W.Va., the son of Carolyn Riser Wandling of Johnsontown and the late Carl Fredrick Wandling, Sr., formerly of Ripley.  He was a 1982 graduate of Hedgesville High School where he was a member of Jazz Band and the concert band.  He was a student at Shepherd College, where he was a member of the Jazz Band.  He was a part-time employee at the Depot Hobby Shop at Harper&#39;s Ferry.  He was a member of the Johnsontown Bible Church and the Berkeley County Baseball Church League.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mae Riser, at the home; paternal grandmother, Marie Wandling of Ravenswood, and maternal great-grandmother, Rosa Runples of Martinsburg.  The funeral was Nov. 15 at the Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.  Burial was in Snyders Cemetery, Morgan County.  A memorial service was held on Wednesday with pastor Jack Rudy officiating.</p>
