  <p>Information: Clayton L. Anderson, 69, of Charleston, formerly of Kenna, died Sept. 20, 1999, in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was a machinist for Volvo Truck Division with 19 years&#39;service.  Surviving;  wife, Celia Standish Anderson; son, Clayton L. ""Sonny"" Jr. of Statts Mill; stepson, Charles Williams of Charleston; stepdaughters, Jean Cantrell of Charleston, Sue Songer of Elkview, Patricia Graham of Hurricane, Gloria Perry of St. Albans; one grandchild.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Buck McClanahan officiating.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
