  <p>Information: Mary Mandy Fisher Waldeck, 101, of Sissonville, died Tuesday, May 16, 1989, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was a lifelong resident of the Sissonville area.  Surviving: sons, A.W. ""Pete"" Fisher of Dunbar, Brownie R. Fisher, Dennis F. Fisher and Herbert L. Fisher, all of Charleston; daughter, Mrs. Hazel Thomas of Melbourne, Fla., ; sisters, Mrs. Bessie Fisher of Sissonville, Mrs. Ora Eads of Virginia; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.  Service was Friday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Clarence Edens officiating.  Burial was in Fisher Cemetery, Sissonville.</p>
