  <p>Information: Samuel J. Waggoner, 96, of Parkersburg, died Thursday in Worthington Manor Nursing Home in Parkersburg, leaving 117 survivors.  He was a member of the Parkersburg Evangelical United Methodist Church and was a retired employe of Parkersburg Steel Corp.  He was a former Jackson County resident.  Surviving:  sons, Homer, of Vienna, Ernest of Massillon, Ohio, Bruce of Navarre, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Gracie Angus and Mrs. Ruby Angus of Parkersburg, Mrs. Minnie Angus of Sandyville, Mrs. Edith Eads of Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Hazel Geiger of North Lawrence, Ohio; sister, Mrs. Blanche Dragoo of Sandyville; 29 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday in Drift Run United Methodist Church in Sandyville with the Rev. Neal Anderson and the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery.</p>
