  <p>Information: RAVENSWOOD - Ethel Mae (Finch) Waggoner, 91, of Ravenswood, departed this life March 3, 2006, at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley.  She was born November 4, 1914, a daughter of the late Elmer Harrison and Elsie F. (Sullivan) Finch.  She was a homemaker, a member of the Sandy Valley OCES, and a member of the North United Methodist Church in Ravenswood.  She is survived by brothers, C. Maxile Finch of Cottageville and Burl Finch of Greenville, SC; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Elmer Waggoner; two infant children; brothers, Cecil, Virgil, Clyde and Harry; sisters, Velma, Emma, Ocie and Beulah Marie.  Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2006, at Casto Funeral Home in Ravenswood with the Rev. Michael Curtis officiating.  Burial followed in the Independence Cemetery in Sandyville.</p>
