  <p>Information: ILLNESS IS FATAL TO MRS. WAGGONER - Mrs. Bessie Lee Waggoner, 87, of Mineral Wells, Rt. 1, died Friday evening in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was a daughter of the late Monroe and Moriah Templeton Franklin.  She was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church.  Survivors include her husband, S. J. Waggoner; four sons, Homer Waggoner of Parkersburg, Elvin of North Lawrence, Ohio, Bruce of Navarre, Ohio, and Ernest of Massillon, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Edith Gerbec of Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Hazel Geiger of North Lawrence, Ohio, Mrs. Ruby Angus and Mrs. Minnie Angus, both of Sandyville, Mrs. Grace Angus of Parkersburg; two brothers, Willie Franklin of Ravenswood and Clint Franklin of Canal Fulton, Ohio; 29 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Monday at the Drift Run United Methodist Church.</p>
