  <p>Information: John Michael Vegh, 75, of Ravenswood WV, died December 21, 1998 in Ravenswood.  He was born November 21, 1923 in Minden WV, the son of the late Andy and Fannie Grandetti Vegh.  He was a reduction worker at Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, a US Army veteran of World War II, and a member of the St. Matthew&#39;s Catholic Church, Ravenswood WV.  Surviving:  wife, Margaret ""Mickey"" Vegh;  daughters and sons-in-law, Jon Lee and William Hall of Tinley Park IL and Dolores and William Nickel of Posen IL; grandchildren, Jane Lee Nickel and John William Hall; brother, Andrew and Ruth Vegh, Jr. of Ravenswood; sisters, Helen Saplak, Edith Bowling, and Lillian and Carl Phillips, all of Oak Hill WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Crone and Margaret Vegh of Oak Hill.  Services will be held December 24, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew&#39;s Catholic Church, Ravenswood, with the Monsignor Sylvester W. Staud, officiating.  Burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Visitation will be today from 6- 9 p.m. at Roush Funeral Home.  Prayer vigil service at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  [obituary of 12/30/1998 lists additional brother, Andy Bodnar of Oak Hill WV]</p>
