  <p>Information: Willard L. Varney, 65, of Leroy, died Dec. 19, 1987,in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.  He was a member of Brisco Church, Jackson County, and was retired from Kaiser Aluminum with 25 years&#39; service.  He was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving:  wife, Iris; sons, Michael B. and W. Pat, both of Gay; daughters, Ann Casto of Liverpool, Linda Casto of Leroy and Sharon Neeley of Ravenswood; brother, Harold of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister, Verona Stollings of Danville; niece, whom he raised, Joyce Thompson of Sandyville; 12 grandchildren.  Memorial service was held Monday at Brisco Church with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating. Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
