  <p>Information: Mrs. Marie Staats Vance, 77, of Parkersburg, died Friday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.  Mrs. Vance was born Oct. 2, 1899 in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Enoch and Zona Wendall Staats.  She was a member of the St. Paul&#39;s United Methodist Church and auxiliary in Parkersburg and the Parkersburg Woman&#39;s Club.  Surviving are her husband, Ralph Vance, a niece, Mrs. Betty McGluthan of Mt. Lebanon, Pa.; two nephews, Charles Enoch Kessel of Ripley and Dr. James S. Kessel of Ripley.  Funeral services will be held today, 2 p.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel here.  Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery.</p>
