  <p>Information: Clarence O. Anderson, 65, of Spencer, died Wednesday in Roane General Hospital after a long illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Jesse and Matilda Jeffrey Anderson.  He was a retired construction worker.  He is survived by four sons, Chester of Parkersburg, Gary and Richard, both of Akron, Ohio, and Robert of Columbus, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Nichols of Reedy, Mrs. Dorothy Starcher of Spencer, and Mrs. Diane White of Akron; a sister, Miss Bertie Anderson of Spencer; 22 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  Services were conducted Friday at the Sinnett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Dodrill officiating.  Burial followed in the Morgan Cemetery in Ripley.</p>
