  <p>Information: Charles Olen Tuttle, 54, of Coal Fork Drive, Charleston, died Thursday.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Silas Milford Tuttle and Edith Summerfield Tuttle of Charleston.  He was an employee of Spartan Gas. Co.  He is survived by his wife, Genevive Tuttle; two sons, Douglas Tuttle of Beckley and Kermit Tuttle of Charleston; one daughter, Elaine of Charleston; three brothers, Donald Tuttle and Herbert Tuttle, both of Charleston, and Melvin Tuttle of Rutherton, N. C.; six sisters, Lorene Thompson of Peniel, Loretta McMann of Lookout, Elsie Honaker and Ethel, both of Alton, Ill., Lillian Anderson of Pinch, Lelia Shaffer of Sissonville; one grandchild.  Services were Sunday at Vail Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in Evans Cemetery, Gay.</p>
