  <p>Information: Mrs. Evelyn Scherr Tully, 24, of Kannapolis, N. C., formerly of South Charleston, died Monday in a Chicago hospital.    She had attended Morris Harvey College and West Virginia University and at the time of her death was a senior at Catawpa College, Salisbury, N.C.  She was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and of Boyd Memorial Church in Charleston.    Surviving:  husband, Richard; parents, Mr. and Mr. E. G. Scherr of Kenna; sister, Carolyn Scherr of Morgantown; brother, Jim Scherr of Glenville; grandparents, Mrs. Evelyn Gore of Charleston, Mrs. G. A. Scherr of Charleston.    The body is at Snodgrass Funeral Home.</p>
