  <p>Information: Romie Edward Tolley, 79, of Ripley, died July 10, 1991, at his home of a long illness.  He was a retired school bus driver in Roane County with 21 years&#39; service.  He was a farmer and a member of Agriculture Soil Conservation. Surviving: wife, Erselene Tolley; sons, Cleo of Huntingtown, Md., James of Fredrick, Md.; stepson, Lowell David of Gandeeville; daughter, Gaye Brown of Given; stepdaughter, Arleta Knotts of Ripley; brothers, Harold of Marion, Ohio, Earl of West Melbourne, Fla.; sister, Pearl Jividen of Dunbar; 10 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild.  Service will be 3 p.m. today (Saturday) at Fairplain Union Church.  Burial will be in Ferrell Cemetery, near Harmony. Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ferrell Cemetery Fund.</p>
