  <p>Information: Otho J. Tolley, Sr., 68, of Cortland, Ohio, died June 20 in a Warren, Ohio hospital after a long illness.  Tolley was born November 19, 1918, in Gay, West Virginia, son of John Tolley and Amy Rhodes Tolley.  He lived in Gay for 44 years.  He was a World War II Navy veteran, a retired crane operator from U. S. Steel and attended Mecca Community Church.  He is survived by his wife, Ivy McClain Tolley; three sons, Melvin of Mecca, Ohio, Otho (Butch) Jr. of Cottageville, Gary of Fort Gordon, Georgia; one sister, Mrs. Thomas (Lenora) Kish of Mt. Airy, Maryland; one brother, Auvil of Gay; two sisters, Mrs. Tressie Skeens of Gay and Mrs. Irene Edwards of Springfield, W. Va.  In addition to his parents, one brother, Estel, preceded him in death.  Funeral services were held June 23 at Mecca Communtiy Church with the Rev. Charles Kindle officiating.  Burial was in East Mecca.  In lieu of flowers, the family requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.</p>
