Information: Oras C. Tolley, 73, of Ripley, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Early and Lizzie Casto Tolley.  He was retired and self-employed, and a Methodist by faith.  Surviving are his wife, Geneva Tolley; two sons, Butch Tolley at home and Bernard Fisher of Ripley; two grandchildren, Chris L. Fisher of Evans and Charles B. Fisher, a student at West Virginia University. Services will be today (Wednesday) 2 p.m. in the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.
