  <p>Information: Lora Tolley, 93, of Leroy, died Monday, April 3, 1989, at the home of her daughter, Margaret Congrove of Vienna, after a long illness.  She was born October 1, 1895, at Gay, a daughter of the late John and Alice Looney Kelley.  She was a member of the Liverpool United Methodist Church.  Additional survivors:  sons, William Harold of Lawrenceburg, Ind,; daughters, Evelyn Pursley of Goshen, Ohio, Eileen Sullivan of Five Forks, WV, Louise Clark of Chesapeake, Ohio and Eugenia Emerick and Agnes Keirns, both of Akron, Ohio; 27 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.  Her husband, Jennings Bryan Tolley, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Liverpool United Methodist Church with Rev. B. O. Vandergrift officiating.  Burial will be in Liverpool Cemetery.  Friends may call at Vail Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Liverpool Church, c/o Mary Hill, Liverpool WV 25252.</p>
