  <p>Information: Leota M. Tolley, 94, of Fairplain, died Monday, April 24, 1989, at the home of her daughter, Marguerite Holley, also of Fairplain, after a long illness.  Mrs. Tolley was a homemaker and a member of the Goshen Baptist Church.  In addition to her daughter, othe survivors include:  sons, Gilbert of Cooksburg, Pa., Dewey of Chesapeake, Va.; daughters, Hazel Hinzman of Parkersbug, and Mildred Henry of Butler, Pa.; sister, Eva Boggs of Jodie, WV; 17 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, at 1:00 p.m. Thursday with Rev. William Sullivan officiating.  Burial will be at Fairplain Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today (Wednesday).</p>
