  <p>Information: Delbert Glenn ""Butch"" Tolley, 51, of Fairplain, went to be with the Lord suddenly on July 25, 2011 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley. He was born February 10, 1960 in West Virginia, a son of Geneva Paxton Tolley of Ripley and the late Oris Tolley.  Butch was a graduate of Ripley High School class of 1978.  He worked several years as a truck driver and was a Christian.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Helen M. Harris Tolley; a son, Chris A. Tolley; brothers and their wives, Virgil and Donna Arbygasse of Parkersburg, Tim and Cathy Hart of Clarksburg and Bernard and Sonja Fisher of Fairplain; sister, Pam Grubbs and her husband Benton of Huntington; nieces and nephews, Loti Arbygasse of North Carolina, Emily Hart and Noah Hart, both of Clarksburg, David Nance, Jory Nance, Amanda Nance and Teilat Nance, all of Huntington, Chris Fisher of California and Chuck Fisher of Virginia.  Funeral service will be 11 am Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Ed Austin officiating.  Burial will be in the Siniaville Cemetery, Statts Mill WV.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.</p>
