  <p>Information: Beulah Ferrell Tolley, 76, of Harmony, died Sunday, Nov. 13, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following a long illness.  Mrs. Tolley was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late John Benton and Icy Cadle Ferrell.  She was a member of Fairview Methodist Church at Harmony.  Survivors: husband, Romie E. Tolley; sons, Ernest Cleo of Huntingtown, Md., James Benton of Fredrick, Md.; daughter, Ima Gaye Brown of Given; sister, Lorraine Price of Harmony; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, Romie Noel.  Services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at Gandeeville Community Church, Gandeeville, with the Rev. Paul Morrison and the Rev. Charles F. Scragg officiating.  Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.  Burial will be at Ferrell Cemetery, Harmony.  The body will be taken to the church one hour before services.  Visiting  for the family at 2 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for relatives and friends.</p>
