  <p>Information: Mrs. Bernice Lupardus Tolley, 72, of Charleston, died March 24 at home after a long illness.  She was a sister of Mrs. Ruby Skeen of Evans, and Mrs. Marie Kroger of Ripley.  She was a retired Kanawha County school service employee and was a member of the Community Chapel Church and the Ladies Aid Quilters.  She was a 31 year resident of the Kanawha Valley.  Additional survivors include daughters, Orma June Parsons of Ohio; Brenda Witt of Charleston; brother, Earl Lupardus of Harmony; sister, Mrs. Opal Lowther of Massillon, O.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  Services were last Friday in the Community Chapel Church with the Rev. William Layne officiating.  Burial was to be in the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.  Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
