  <p>Information: Benjamin Neale Thomas, 73, of Hillsboro, Ohio, died Nov. 27, 1996, at Highland District Hospital, Hillsboro.  He was born in Evans, Jackson County, a son of the late Taylor and Elizabeth Rardin Thomas.  He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict, a retired sales manager and a member of Northview Baptist Church, Hillsboro.  Surviving are his wife, Evelyn Joan Staats Thomas; two sons, Steve Thomas of Fairfield, Ohio and Michael Thomas of North Andover, Mass.; two daughters, Debbie Johnson of Diablo, Calif. and Lee Ann Thomas of Plattsburgh, NY; one brother, Danny Thomas of Middleport, Ohio; two sisters, Nancy Thomas of St. Petersbrug, Fla. and Josephine Lippman of Ripley; and eight grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack Thomas, Gene Thomas and Wheeler Thomas.  Services 2 p.m. Saturday, West Ripley Baptist Church, Ripley.  Burial, Fairplain Cemetery, Jackson County.  Visitation 5-7 p.m. Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro and noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the church.  Arrangements by Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, WV.</p>
