  <p>Information: Margaret L. Teel, 83, of Charleston, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at Sunbridge Nursing Home, Dunbar.  Margaret was born May 26, 1926, to the late Harlan and Nancy Koontz.  She was retired from the plant department at Belle Atlantic.  Margaret was a lifelong resident of Charleston and a member of the Randolph Street Baptist Church.  She was a graduate of Ripley High School.  Margaret was also a member of the St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary, Eastern Star and the Telephone Pioneers.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Teel; sister, Mary Ellen Jordan and brothers, Denver J. Koontz and John Rex Koontz, who was killed in World War II.  She is survived by her brother, Arnold B. Koontz of Charleston; nephews, David Jordan and Sam Halstead; and nieces, Jennifer Lane and Alice Long.  Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston, with Pastor Jason McClanahan officiating.
