  <p>Information: Charles W. Taylor, 84, of Ripley, passed away September 18, 2014 at Hubbard House Hospice West following a long illness.  He was born August 31, 1930 in West Virginia, a son of the late Thomas and Myrtle Good Taylor.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflickt and was stationed in Korea from 1953 through 1955.  He retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways with over 19 years of service.  In additon to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Lenore Asbury Taylor, and a son, Donald Dwight Taylor.  He is survived by sons, Timmy Taylor of Ripley and Johnny (Ann) Taylor of Charleston; daughter, Patty (David) Casto of Fairplain; and grandchildren, Kristen, Andy, Hannah and Kaitlyn.  Funeral service will be Sunday, September 21.....</p>
