  <p>Information: Mrs. Alice Taylor, 75 years of age and the mother of Mrs. George E. Straley, died at her home in Akron on Wednesday afternoon at 3:15 o&#39;clock after an illness of some length.  The body will be brought to Marietta today (Thursday) by train and will be met there by Undertaker J. B. Vail and brought to the Straley home in Ripley.  The funeral party is expected this evening about six o&#39;clock.  She is survived by the following children:  Mrs. Boyd Underwood of Winchester, Ky.; Cecil and William Taylor and Mrs. Eston Vannosdale of Akron; Walter Taylor of Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Alfred Stebbens of Detroit, Mich.; and Mrs. George E. Straley of Ripley.  Funeral services will be held sometime Friday afternoon with burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, but definite arrangements are not yet made pending the arrival of the members of the family here this evening.</p>
