  <p>Information: Juanita V. Swain, 74, of Parkersburg, died Jan. 8, 1991 at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital.  She was born in Reedy, Roane County, a daughter of Blondena Staats Vineyard of Ripley and the late Dr. C. W. Vineyard.  She was a member of Stout Memorial United Methodist Church, was a retired substitute Wood County school teacher, was former principal of Frazier&#39;s Bottom School in Mason County and was a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College.  She served in the U. S. Marine Corps during World War II.  She is also survived by her husband, Leslie Swain; a son, Carl Swain of Buckhannon; a daughter, Ruth Bowen of Vienna; five grandchildren; and a sister, Lois Ann Wallace of Ripley.  Services were Thursday at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Donald D. Matheny officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
