  <p>Information: MILLVALE, PA. - Word has been received of the death of James Phillip Swain, 72, of Millvale, formerly of Sherman, Jackson County who died Wednesday morning in the Shadyside Hospital here.  He was born April 2, 1900, son of the late James (Phil) and Catherine Williams Swain, who had resided at Sherman.  He was a school teacher at Millvale for over 45 years, a member of the Lutheran Church and a 32nd Degree Mason of the Corinthian Lodge, 573, F & AM here.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Charlotte Swain; one sister, Mrs. Catherine Moore of Parkersburg; and three brothers, Charles of Belpre, Leslie of Parkersburg and Roy of Akron, O.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at the Pfieffer Funeral Home here and burial will follow.</p>
