  <p>Information: Roy Stutler, 64, of 123 W. Front St., Dover, Ohio died February 21 shortly after being admitted to Union Hospital.  Born in Ripley, W. Va., a son of Samuel and Almeta Jividen Stutler, he was an employee of Republic Steel of Massillon and a member of United Steelworkers Union.  He served in the Army during World War II.  Surviving are his widow, Effie; two sons, Roy Lee of Uhrichsville and William of RD 4, New Philadelphia; a daughter, Carol Jean of the home; two stepsons and two stepdaughters; five brothers, a sister, two stepbrothers, a half-brother, three grandchildren and 14 step-grandchildren.  Services were Wednesday in Lewis Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Shaffer officiating.  Interment was in Dover Burial Park.</p>
