  <p>Information: TEAYS VALLEY - Hazel Odel Stutler, 89, of Teays Valley, formerly of Kenna, died Feb. 19, 1994, at Putnam General Hospital, Hurricane, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and member of Ripley Baptist Temple.  Surviving:  sons, Alfred of Cottageville, Leonard and Richard, both of Ripley, James and Raymond, both of Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Dollena Martin of Ligonier, Ind., Lenore Casto of Massillon, Ohio, Dora Mae Spencer of Teays Valley, Mary Jane Birthisel of Winfield; brother, Leonard Garrett of Florida; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.</p>
