Information: Mrs. Addie Catherine Stone, 78, of 190 Klondyke Road, Ripley, died April 25, 1989, in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Ripley, Rebekah Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary.  She was a Red Cross volunteer.  Surviving:  husband, Fred Stone; sons, Carl of Ripley, Richard of Ravenswood; daughters, Mary Lou Staats of Tulsa, Okla., Annetta Marie Salmon of Birmingham, Ala.; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.  Service was Thursday at Calvary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Hubert Groves officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.
