  <p>Information: Isabelle H. Brotherton Stephens, 83, of Dunbar died May 28, 1996, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a short illness.  She was retired from Jarrett Printing Co., was a member of Humphreys Memorial United Methodist Church, Dunbar, and a lifelong resident of Dunbar.  Surviving:  husband, Roy M. Stephens; sons, William R. of Manassas, Va., John P. of Knoxville, Tenn.; daughters, Mary Jane Moss of South Charleston, Patricia A. Washburn of Winnetka, Ill; brother, Russell Brotherton of Given; sister, Garnet Poyles of West Palm Beach, Fla.; nine grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Loretta D. Isaiah and Pastor John A. Mason officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Prk, Dunbar.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
