  <p>Information: Donald Alvin Stephens, 74, of Lincoln Park, Mich., formerly of Cottageville, died Dec. 30, 1990 in Wyandotte General Hospital, Lincoln Park, after a long illness. He was a retired welder for Great Lakes Steel and a Southern Baptist.  Surviving:  wife, Gladys Henry Stephens; son, Donald Larry of Taylor; brother, Ross of Mount Alto; sisters, Lena Keefer of Columbus, Ohio, Elva McDermott of Mount Alto, Vera Edwards of Crystal River, Fla.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Kenneth Durst and the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating.  Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Leon.  Friends may call from 11 a.m. Thursday until time of service at the funeral home.</p>
