  <p>Information: STEELE FUNERAL HELD ON TUESDAY - Funeral services for Robert Steele, 70, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Fairview church in Mason county and burial was in the church cemetery.  The Vail undertakers had charge of the arrangements.  Mr. Steele died at his home there Sunday morning. The survivors include the widow, Mrs. Verna Steele, and three sons, Russell, Robert and George Steele.    Mountaineer 5/10/1946 -  Robert French Steel was born August 14, 1875 and died April 28, 1946, aged 70 years, eight months and 14 days.  He married Miss Verna Thomas and to this union five children were born, three of them, Robert, George and Russell Steele, together with the widow, survive.  Also surviving are two brothers, Richard Steele of Point Pleasant and John Steel of Diamond, and one sister, Mrs. Hattie Stephens, of War.  Also 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  He was a member of the Advent Christian church at Fairview, where the funeral services were held by Rev. Huffman with burial in the church cemetery.  The pallbearers were William, Roy, Elias, Abel, Willard and Robert Steele.          </p>
